OM

Through studying another layer of OM ॐ we better understand the mind-body-soul connection.

Seven chakras (sanskrit: energy wheels) sit along the spine.

The sound of OM ॐ is an Ahhhhhh-Uuuuuuu-Mmmmmmm. It starts in the solar plexus (3rd chakra; radiant yellow) right in the belly. The second sound (Ummmmmm) radiates up through the heart, our throat chakra and briefly kisses the third eye (6th chakra; indigo).  The vibration Mmmmmmm softens the crown of the head (7th chakra; iridescent purple).

Resonance with the vibration OM connects us back to the original sound of creation.
